Tegan and Sara – Love you to Death
Love you to Death is the new album from twin indie singers Tegan and Sara. It has a fun upbeat ’80s inspired sound similar to their last album, Heartthrob. It is a short album, with only 10 tracks, but I listened to it on repeat today without ever tiring of it. Tracks to check out include “That Girl”, “Boyfriend”, “Stop Desire”, and “U-turn”.
Little Big Town – Wanderlust
Country band Little Big Town teamed up with Pharrell to write just one song, and the result was the new eight track album Wanderlust, that was released last Friday. This is not country music, this is just music. It is upbeat, it sounds like nothing else out there, and it is perfect for the summer. Tracks to listen to include “One Dance”, “One of Those Days”, “Work”, and “Miracle”.
